Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and Modify 3’D’ models both surface and solid models
  • Creating detailed process stage drawings along with full geometric tolerancing
  • Create and develop machining strategies
  • Create programs for various CNC controls (Milling Horizontal and Vertical) 3 Axis, 4 Axis and 5 axis
  • Read and amend G-Code programmes where required
  • Create and maintain tooling methods
  • Be effective with current machining methods to maximize machining capabilities
